I found these on the computer today, like most of my pictures they were just sitting there waiting for me to show them some love. These were taken in December while I was in the Quarter for the H family session. Just a few snaps of the river and one of the Cathedral as I was walking along the riverfront.
This week our family welcomed a new addition. My nephew C had his second baby boy, Z. Z is a tiny thing, he only weighed 5lbs 14 ozs at birth. And I thought my K at 6lbs , 13oz was small. He is the sweetest thing and I think the whole family is in love. I got to visit baby Z and his mommy at the hospital the other night with the family and of course brought my camera along to snap some quick pictures.
And a few of my beautiful niece C, who will be 4 months on Sunday. Seams like yesterday she was just here for her newborn pictures.

E is a great friend of mine, I was thrilled and honored when she asked me to do extended family pictures with her inlaws while they were in town for Christmas. It was her Christmas present to them, what a lovely present. So on a nice pretty spring like afternoon, right after Christmas we met at City Park for pictures.
I love New Orleans in the winter, especially when it is as mild as this one has been, I love that we can still do sessions outside without being bundled up or freezing cold. One of the perks of living here.
